A classic and sophisticated recipe which we cannot miss: an old fashioned. This variation is for the brave whisky drinkers that don't shy away from a little twist. Expect subtle hints of smoke and a balanced sweetness of the cherries.

Ingredients
60 ml Torabhaig Cnoc Na Moine Single Malt Whisky
30 ml Kindschi Röteli Liqueur
1 teaspoon sugar
3 spritzer Angosturra Bitter
Ice

Preparation

Add a large ice cube into an on-the-rocks glass, add whisky, Röteli liqueur and sugar, stir and finish with some spritzer of Angosturra Bitter. Add a cherry for garnish.
